Same Residency, Different Account Conflict
Hi, I have two account issues I'd like help resolving.
1) Account conflict / disconnected service: About two weeks ago, a technician installed new Xfinity internet service at a new residence after I moved. Shortly after, the other tenants I share this residence with found that their existing Xfinity service was disconnected and they can no longer access the internet. This made no sense since we both had our independent, separate accounts on two very different service plans. Can someone check whether the new install caused an automatic cancellation or conflict with their pre-existing account at the same address? I'd like their service reactivated as a separate, independent account from mine, if possible.
2) Incorrect name on file: I updated my name on my Xfinity account a while ago, but mail I receive still shows a completely different name. Can someone verify the Account Holder Name on file and help correct it?
