Sagging cable wire across our house deck

Hello: We have two sagging cables hanging across the deck on the front of our house. We have checked with the City and have been advised that both lines are Xfinity cable lines: one is strung from the house next door and tied with a knot to the other drooping line which is strung between two telephone poles. How do we request that Xfinity make repairs? We have tried using our online Xfinity account and phoning Xfinity customer service without success. Looking forward to your reply.

Dear Official Comcast Employee:
I have spent the last 30 minutes attempting to send you a “private message” per your posted reply within this forum. Nothing I have tried allows me to “click on your name” and “send a message”. Please provide additional information and instructions.
