Sagging cable service line

Greetings,

The service drop (cable line) from the utility pole to my house is sagging and is contacting the roof of my garage.  With our weather it happens every so often.  I can't find a number to call anymore and the chat assistant is taking me in circles.  How do I contact the right person?

@user_641d04 I apologize for the troubles in trying to reach us. We can certainly help with this concern. Please send us a direct message with your name and service address where the line is located and include your best contact phone number and email.

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

DM conversation above got me a ticket entered.  Tech came to the house today and tightened it up.  Gonna be back in the morning with a new spool and replace the line from pole to house (he didn't like the look of it!).  All good!
