Sagging cable in the street - HIGH RISK (bus route)

Hi there,
I called in to report a sagging cable line on the street right outside my home that poses a huge safety risk to bus and other vehicular traffic. The cable is connected from the post across the street to the side of the home.

The situation is really dangerous and can cause injury to folks. Please help!!

I see no one seems to resolve these dangerous issues. I'm here for the same dangerous issue, called the police and they helped me put hazard tape up but comcast is no where to be seen, contacting them via online is a joke, got an email after reporting saying my issue had been resolved, like "no" it has not!  No one's been out since I reported it YESTERDAY horrible service
