SAFETY RISK - Downed Line In Driveway, No Response from Xfinity

I have a downed cable/wire in my driveway along with no internet connection. I have attempted to call and use Xfinity Assist to get in contact with a real person, and have submitted two separate safety concern tickets through Xfinity Assist. I was able to schedule an appointment to restore my service but it is not until next weekend.

I need the cable taken care of so my driveway can be safely used. I find it highly discouraging that I am unable to contact anyone at Xfinity to correct this safety hazard

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Thank you for your response. I sent a message to Xfinity Support yesterday with that information and have not heard back.
