Safety Hazard: Damaged Underground Handhole
Hello, I am reporting a damaged underground utility handhole located at [Edited: Personal information]. The lid is broken, cracked and deteriorating, creating a significant safety and tripping hazard in my driveway/yard. The box contains a mainline splice closure and is currently exposed with weather elements getting inside the box. I need a technician to inspect the box and provide a Tier 15 rated replacement lid and/or full box replacement for safety. Thank you.
