SAFETY CONCERN
I would post a picture of the scam but the forum won't let me. A fake Xfinity ad has been handed out by a guy named Peter claiming he helps people set up their internet when moving. He put his personal number [Edited: "Possible malicious number"] on the fake ad. It's sad I have to post here because it's impossible to get through to a real person at the real Xfinity phone number.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
