SAFETY CONCERN service requested to repair wire hanging low

Need service to repair wire hanging low across street, low enough to touch in my yard off off live electric wires. This will be the 3rd time this wire has needed repair. Last time tech coiled all excess and hung it with an ugly orange cloth off off my house. Now all that coiled wire is hanging a few feet from the ground in my front yard (off electric lines) and cars can barely clear the excess hanging in the road off of the electric lines. It is now obvious to have been "looped over the electric line ( 3 - 4 ) several times. The time before last the techs came to repair downed cable, they left garbage of coiled wires strewn in the snowbank in front of my yard. Although I was told someone would come and clean it up - no one did.

Please do not:

1. coil up excess

2. loop over electrical wires

3. tie off with an ugly orange cloth to my home

4. leave your garbage on the street in my front yard.

Hello, @user_ef0124. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this low hanging wire is causing you once again. You're definitely in the right place to get this cable properly installed.

In order to get started, can you please send me a private message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right?

When I click the chat icon it is blank, there is no indicator of this conversation. You want me to just send my full name and address to a chat bot?
