Sad service unsatisfied customer

There is never anyway to speak with a live agent not thru chat or via phone !!! That is ridiculous there is an outage almost every week and clients are never compensated but quick to turn off when you miss a bill that is very ridiculous!!!! No service help ! No client compensation just freaking horrible

You can check for interruptions through the Xfinity app or online at the Status Service Center by signing into your account. 

 

Additionally, you can text OUT to 266278 (COMCST) to check for outages in your area. Data and messaging rates may apply.

 

If you were affected by a recent service outage, you may be eligible for a credit to your account. If your account meets eligibility, including not having reached the maximum credit limit, a credit will be applied automatically.

To see if you are eligible for a credit from a recent outage:

  1. Navigate to the Support page.
  2. Scroll down to Outage map and credit.
  3. Click Check credit eligibility.
