Sad customer service

I called on July 15th to cancel my Internet because I was moving. The customer service rep informed me I could pause instead of cancel until I move in to avoid having to pay reinstallation fees. Well they continued to charge me. I was on the phone for 3 hours today which about 2 hours and 45 minutes was the same monotone elevator song. They told me they would waive the fees and pause it til I move in, which I was told 2 mins later she couldn't. Why even offer it? Finally got a supervisor on the phone and she said she could disconnect it. But then I would have to pay reinstallation. I've had Xfinity for over 10 years and this customer service is absolute garbage.
