RV Park Wifi
Hello - my husband is a claims adjuster working Fort Myers, FL. He is staying at an RV park and received his xfinity router yesterday. He got it all set up but has no Internet. The office at the RV park does has Internet, and they also have xfinity. His xfinity account uses the same address as the RV park, just has a "lot" number included. I'm just wondering why it would work at the office but not on his site? As it is, he is parking outside of their office for hours at a time to get his claims completed so really hope there is a solution soon. He just wants to make sure all was setup correctly.

To send a "Direct Message" message:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
