running cable and/or constructing new substation

I just purchased a house that was built last in a subdivision and does not have access to Comcast cable from the street. The technician who came out said that it would be possible to fund the construction of a new substation, which I am happy to do, but no one has contacted me. After going to the Xfinity store, they sent out a technician again, who said the same thing, and said that they elevated the request to their supervisors. I still haven't heard anything back.

Xfinity staff, can you please advise? What do I need to do in order to secure Xfinity internet at my new home? (Other customers here, has anyone encountered this before? Do you hav any advice?)

Thanks all for your help.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
