Run from Xfinity
If you are reading this and thinking of switching, think again. I never left a negative review in my life by the way. In short Xfinity was changing my credit card for 10 months on a closed account. The first agent offed 4 months refund. I quickly escalated to a supervisor, since this was, after all Xfinity’s mistake. Supervisor Matt said, “you should have taken the 4 months, I will only offer you 3”. I’ve never been treated so poorly by any company! At one point I was spending $500+ per month on Xfinity services. I was a loyal customer for many years and never missed a payment. Shame on you Xfinity!

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
