Unbelievable call today from Xfinity. I spoke to the rudest, pushiest sales representative ever. For a company that prides itself on customer experience, i am flabbergasted. 

Control your sales reps! It is not ok to treat customers and prospects the way this person just did. If you want to know more, the call was recorded for "quality assurance". Have at it...
