Rude customer service

Hello I’m very upset I talk to a chat agent on 04/12 bout my outstanding balance he assure me my derive won’t be disconnected and that he made a payment arrangement for me for 04/20and on 04/13 I was disconnected and nobody can help me I keep getting the run arounds I spoke with Janice from the loyalty department she’s a supervisor she was extremely rude and hung up on me she kept speaking over me. If I was told that my service would not interrupted but it was interrupted and no one will honor what the chat agent told me. And I just started the new work from home job and now I’m in jeopardy in losing my job if I can’t get back online by by 11:30am this haha been my worst experience with any customer service with any company
