Rude Customer Service Experience
This company truly has no value in their customers as experienced first hand by the customer service department. I will be sharing my experience, recommending my friend NOT get service with your company, and shopping for a different provider as soon as possible!
The agent I spoke to was uncaring, rude, and quire frankly condescending when I was trying to find a new plan that worked within my budget.
