Rude customer service employee

I just spent one hour trying to get two add on subscriptions removed from my account the agent kept trying to get me to upgrade my plan. I told her no I just needed those two items removed. So she said she would put in a work order and asked me to wait while it went through. The she launched into her ales pitch. I told her no and all I wanted was these two removed. We went over and over and over this  and yet she still wouldn’t resolve me issue. Then I asked for a supervisor. No person talked to me. The. She came back and said she was the manager. It was the same person I originally talked to so she lied. This is ridiculous. I have been with Comcast/Xfinity for over 30 years. If they wanted me to change providers this was a good way to do it. I’ll be giving that a lot of thought over the next few days for sure. You want me to cancel. Be careful what you ask for.
