Rude chat agent
I was talking to Minish, the chat agent. All I wanted was for him to send a link so I can update my payment information. It could have been over in 1 minute. This guy said he was going to “try his best” after 5 minutes of waiting . He says “I’m working on your concern” another 5 minutes went by. I told him I don’t have time to be waiting on the phone and I need to hang up with him in a little. This guy has the audacity to say “perfect”. When I ask him to call me , he asks for my number, when it’s on file. After the chat ended, my internet stopped working! It was him! He needs to be fired immediately.
