Routine Problem Getting Old + Shopping for Deal or Upgrade?

Greetings, and thank you for your time on this matter! Can you please fix my account so it can use the website like most customers? Not even Xfinity Assistant, the AI, has been able to help despite their assurances they could. I am pretty sure your system errors out because this apartment building was remodeled and had units split up into different numbers and that's why the address I have says STOP DNU in it -- and because this STOP DNU is MY address, it's causing an error. Just my theory... and if you can fix that you fix me for good! :D

Anyway, the main point of contacting you is I wanted to shop for my plan ... I'm 1) not happy with the price and feel misled by the Xfinity agent that sold me on the mobile plan and told me my internet would be cheaper because it was bundled.. because it's not. Everything is more expensive, so I felt hoodwinked. But I literally have no choice as I live in an Xfinity Community and other providers can't sell service here. Blech.

I would REALLY appreciate if someone could share what plans I am eligible for regarding Internet/mobile -- I would like to be on uncapped data if possible.

Thanks a bushel!

Greetings! Appreciate you taking the time to reach out. To ensure that we are on the page. Your internet is provided at no cost by your community?

No, it's some sort of thing where I guess you guys have an exclusivity agreement with our property management. We still pay for the service and it's "ours," but they just won't allow any other companies or providers on the property or to set up anything in our apartments. It's some weird thing in my state, I guess. I had never heard of it until moving here. Haha.

And I'm a step ahead of you. I messaged Xfinity Support in the upper-right. Should I reach out to you?

That is a standardized process called a Bulk agreement, that is a nationwide thing user_y6v882, not exclusive to any state. Traditionally the way that works, the property covers a portion of the services, maybe a base level portion of TV/Internet or both. You are able to add on to the services, but you would pay the difference. Can you please confirm what portion of your services are provided by the community you are living?

Well, Thomas, as I said I pay the full amount insofar as I know. My bill certainly doesn't indicate they pay a fraction of it. Can you look up my account and confirm this is the case? I definitely would not be surprised if they were pocketing money as they're the type.

user_y6v882 It would be our pleasure to investigate the agreement. I can assure you that nobody is pocketing money in this transaction. Bulk agreements are honestly an amazing option, I personally have lived in communities in the past that offered that as a benefit. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.
