Router/service issues

not chaning tags or topics cause everytime i do, this whole [Edit: Language] website crashes and i have to re type this all. were on attempt #5 at doing this, so your going to excuse my language.

my router is busted. needs replaced. it arrived this way. it functions but only barely. and while you [Edited: "Language"] sent me a defective router, you also raised my monthly. so, in a formal and professional way of speaking, [Edited: "Language"].

im sick of this company, and i am owed a new router

We can definitely replace the defective device by having you stop by one of our Xfinity Stores or send one out to you.   • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
