Hello, @user_u2pxsv! Thank you for coming to our Xfinity Community Forum with your factory reset request. You've come to a great place for help! Our Digital Care Team is awesome to work with because we'll always do everything we can to help, resolving any issues as quickly as possible. To perform a factory reset on your Xfinity wireless gateway, locate the reset button on the back of the device. Use a pointed object like a pen or paperclip to push and hold the button for 10-30 seconds, depending on your specific model. This will reset the gateway to its factory default settings, including the default Wi-Fi name and password. If you use a Customer-Owned And Managed (COAM) device, we may have to look up instructions specific to your equipment. Please let me know if this helps!
