Router not delivered

Hi we got a text saying our wifi router was delivered last night but it never showed up, what should we do?

Hello @user_b1phxc, thank you for taking the time to leave a post.  Sorry to hear that your equipment shows as delivered but wasn’t at your location.

I can imagine how frustrating and inconvenient that must be. We definitely want to make sure you receive what you’re expecting.  Please be reminded that sending unsolicited Direct Messages to an Official Employee of the Xfinity Community Forum is a violation of Forum Guidelines.
