Router has not been shipped

I recently moved to a new apartment and 5 days ago I purchased a WIFI plan from xfinity. I selected the wifi modem and router that came with the plan for free. After I paid the website said I would receive tracking details for the router once it had been shipped. I have not revied any emails and have also recieved any packages from xfinity. I need wifi for work reasons. Is there anyway for me to check the status of this package on the Xfinity website or do speak to any human support agent? How do I make sure my router is coming? I have been trying to get in concact with Xfinity and cannot find any way to do so.
