Router equipment sent to wrong address
Hi, I am a new Xfinity customer and noticed my set-up package was sent to the wrong address. I do not see the option to message Xfinity about this directly. Can someone please help me rectify the situation and get my set up delivered to the correct location?

Good morning @amyqu2000 We would be happy to check on this for you, though if the order has shipped we will not be able to reroute the package, and you would need to contact the carrier. We don't have a way to manage delivery once the equipment has been picked up from the warehouse.
Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
