Router Box Stolen
Hello! I recently signed up for xfinity wifi and had the router box sent to my location. However, while the delivery was made according to UPS, the box appears to have been stolen. I've looked around the property and I could not find it, and it wasn't at the spot it was left in the picture. How do I get the item replaced?

Hey there, @user_mastq4. That would be quite concerning not being able to locate the package after it shows delivered! You'll definitely want to file a claim with UPS to ensure you're not penalized for never receiving the equipment. There are two options to get you replacement equipment:
Have you go into your local Xfinity Store (if that is an option) and they can update your order and provide you with new equipment.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
