Router and modem never arrived, returned to sender.

Hello! I bought an xfinity plan that included a router and modem and scheduled for its delivery to be near the end of this month. However, the next day I got a notification from FedEx saying the package with my equipment was shipped. 

I tried to put a vacation hold on the package to stop it from being delivered until I could arrive, but FedEx attempted delivery several times anyways and ultimately returned the package to sender simce I wasn't moved in yet. What should I do now to get the equipment? Or will another package go out later this month at the appropriate date I selected anyway?

@user_1224b2 Thanks for creating a post on our Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear there was an issue that caused the delivery to be sent right away. Once the shipment has been returned, our warehouse would not attempt to send it again. Though these are seldom, we do have some options to help! Our team can assist with checking the order and manually creating the shipment with the correct requested delivery date for you, or you can always visit a local Xfinity Store to pick up the equipment when you have a free moment. Please let us know whatever would be more convenient for you!
