Roaming

Hello i just wanted to ask if my data would work in canada or are their any roaming charges under my current plan.

Hello @user_xziwr0 Many of our newer unlimited plans include data in Mexico and Canada. Otherwise, if it is not included then you can add the Global travel pass. If you have already checked in the Xfinity App and are unsure if you have it we'd be happy to check. Send us a direct message with your full name and service address and we will confirm if it is included with your current plan.

 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 
Click the "Start New Conversation" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
