Right. I got [Edited: Language] over no iPad no upgraded phone even though I was gonna trade mine in and now 3-4 months in my bill gets jacked up $10 for no reason. The reason I came here n left the previous company was better internet same price I was paying and the perks and bonuses I was promised and then never got and was told that sorry not sorry, I was lied to and there’s nothing I can do about any of it. Ima call the bbb and make a negative review on every platform Or way possible. I will go out of my way and try my hardest to convince everyone I know who has Xfinity or is thinking of moving to Xfinity to turn around n go somewhere else, anywhere else. I know I will be leaving as soon as my contract is up!

If you joined 3 - 4 months ago with a perk of an iPad you need to be a customer in good standing for 90 days [no late or slow payments], and no changes to your plan, your iPad should probably be ready to ship soon. You can check on it here:
