Rewards...again

Ok, what kind of game is Comcast/Xfinity playing?  

I got a notification new rewards dropped. It was sent at 2:05pm. I immediately logged in and the only rewards that are worth anything are gone. It's super sus. Like, are those rewards actually available or are they just there to make people think they just missed it? Why is there nothing anywhere that tells us when new rewards drop? Why are the bulk of the rewarda useless contest entries or activity packages. 

Heres an idea: do away with rewards and give us a yearly credit. That's something we can actually use.

Performative stunts like creating a rewards program that doesn't actually include rewards or manufacturing scarcity of rewards when you know darn well you could provide them to everyone will be taken into consideration when I'm faced with a decision at the end of our contract.

You say you value your customers but all we see is a lot of talk and minimal action. There's a reason why you continue to hemorrhage subscribers.  Do better.

It definitely wouldn’t feel good to log in right away and still miss out on the rewards you were interested in. To provide some clarity, Xfinity Rewards are typically refreshed on Thursdays, and the more popular offers can be claimed very quickly due to high demand. Because of that, some of the limited‑quantity rewards may no longer be available shortly after they go live. That said, I hear your concerns about visibility and value, and I’ll absolutely make sure your feedback is shared with the right team, especially around timing notifications and the types of rewards offered. We always want the program to feel worthwhile for you. If you’d like, I’m happy to take a look at your account and see what rewards are currently available to make sure you’re not missing anything.
