Hello, I have been unable to access Xfinity Membership Benefits because of this error: “A rendering error occurred: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'fields').”
I was trying to claim four specific offers:
- Entry to win an autographed Andy Cohen gift
- The Beetlejuice Beetlejuice movie to keep
- A $10 Dunkin' gift card
- $10 toward seeing Klara and the Sun
This technical problem has prevented me from accessing and claiming these offers. Please investigate my account, help me obtain any offers that are still available, and let me know whether you can honor the offers I missed because of this error.

I am sorry to hear you're receiving this error when trying to redeem your rewards. Are you attempting to claim these membership rewards on a mobile device or a laptop/desktop computer? If on a laptop or desktop, have you tried using a different browser, as well as clearing the cache and cookies on your end?
Please also note that sending unsolicited direct messages is a violation of our forum guidelines. You must first create a Public post requesting assistance, and once a Comcast-verified employee responds and asks for a direct message to be sent, you can then proceed with doing so. This is just a heads-up for future reference, but I look forward to further assisting you.
