Rewards

I was promised a $200 gift card to either Amazon or Uber Eats when I signed up for WiFi but I have not found a way to redeem this. I also tried getting in contact with an agent but the stupid live chat is only a bot and there is no way to talk to a real person even though it promises that it will do so.
