We can help with your Xfinty Rewards, @pr0809. Are you using the Xfinity app or xfinity.com/rewards to sign in to your Xfinity account? And, are you receiving an error message or code when trying to access your rewards?

I have used both the Xfinity app and Xfinity.com/rewards.  I can sign into Rewards but can’t find a way to actually see them. I keep being taken to a drop down to select Rewards.

@pr0809 thank you for confirming you have attempted both the app and the Xfinity Rewards site. Xfinity ID's have specific user roles that can be set for specific access to account information: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/device-user-roles. 

 

- Have you attempted to clear cache/history on device(s), or use an incognito window?

 

- Are you logging in with a Xfinity ID that has permissions to view Xfinity Rewards?

 

If you are using the primary Xfinity ID and not seeing your rewards, we would definitely want to investigate further. We can open a request for our awesome Xfinity Rewards experts to help get this corrected. Please reply at your convenience, I look forward to hearing back from you?
