I accidentally signed up for storm ready wifi, I thought I was clicking for more information but instead it ordered it for me. I have since received a text and email confirmation of the order. Twitter support was unable to find any information on my account. I want to cancel this before it is shipped and I am billed. How can I cancel.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

It is very nice to meet you here John, and thank you for your information, I was able to locate your account with that. For security purposes I will need to send you an authorization code either by text or email to the number or address on the account. Is there a way that works better for you?

Okay great, I have sent a 6-digit code over to the number on the account. That code will be good for 15 minutes.
