REWARDS

A tech came out and reset my router and changed my wifi password.   Now my app no longer shows my platinum rewards, and the app just tells me I am not eligible for rewards.  This is the 2nd time I have had a similar problem and gave lost my rewards.  Can someone please assist?

Yes.  It looks like when the tech reset my password, it wiped out my original date of eligibility and now says I my account is not eligible for rewards.   I now have a ticket open.  I believe with the rewards team.  Thank you

@user_fadafe That is an odd situation, and shouldn't happen that way at all. The Xfinity Rewards team will be able to get this figured out for you.
