Thank you so much for making a post to help with redeeming your Peacock reward. There are a few recommendations you can use to help. I always recommend using the Primary Xfinity ID you have set up for your account since that is the ID linked to your Xfinity rewards when trying to locate the banner after redeeming the offer from your rewards page. If you are not sure of the user role that is set for your Xfinity ID you can check out this page here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/primary-and-secondary-accounts
Once you know you are using the Primary Xfinity ID I would recommend closing any open browser windows you may have open and clearing your device's cache and cookies before trying to see if you can locate the "Activate now" banner here. xfinity.com/chat You should log in using the option in the top right corner. If you are not able to locate the banner there you can log in to your account at Xfinity.com using Desk top modem from a mobile device or a PC or laptop. This is also another link to the assistant that I know customers have been successful in locating the banner with. xfinity.com/xfinityassistant
