REWARDS

I have a couple of questions about the rewards.

First, on your home page, you say I can get Sunday Ticket at a discount if I claim the reward. Except, when I go to rewards, it isn't there.

Second, if it was there, it says I have to claim it, then sign up for TV. What if I already have TV service? Can I not get it? Is that why it isn't showing up?

Third, you say I can get an Apple Watch "on you" and I can get a code to enter at checkout. Since it's "on you" does that mean the watch itself is free? And I went through the checkout process, UP TO FINALIZING the transaction, and no where did it say where I can enter a code. Trying to scam people into getting a watch because they don't notice there isn't a place to put a discount code?

I too observed this. The "apply promo code" function did not accept the code I was given from Xfinity Rewards, and there appears to be no other place to enter the code. Can someone advise on this?

@dougkinzinger​ Where was the "apply promo code" option? I got all the way to the final check-out page and never saw it.

@carl5056​ Never mind, I found it. My code worked, though. I already have a Google watch so I don't want one, anyway. I was just curious about where "on us" actually meant free. I think they would get upset if I gave you my code, though. ;-)

I am trying to find out about the 'On Us' Apple Watch.  It doesn't seem to exist based upon my phone calls to Xfinity.  I am attaching the post from you folks explaining it, but both marketing and mobile say no to it.  Can you assist?  Post is from XfinityGabriel.

@user_11bd40​ Hi.  I'm just curious if you got your watch "on them"?    I sure wasn't able to!    I put in for the promotion, but on September 5h got an email that the Apple Watch SE is out of stock.  However, the email went on to say the $299.99 could be applied to the purchase of another Apple watch.   Furthermore the reward period was explained, in fine print, to end on 21 September.

Well, I got an iPhone on 20 September, at the Xfinity Shop in Philadelphia, but the Agent there told me the stores could not use the promotion for some reason.  I'd have to do it at home.   I went to do it very early on the 21st, and there saw the promotion had been pulled.   When I called Xfinity Mobile, they said it ended as scheduled, on the 20th.    I double checked both the email and the reward specs - and it says the 21st.   No one has been able to  help me either by calling back the 888 number, at the Shop, or so far on this forum.    

I'm truly leaning toward a bait-and-switch assumption.
