I am a platinum rewards member been with Xfinity over seven years. I receive an email saying that I have tons of rewards a
i should tilize them. Went to the Rewards website seen a reward I was interested in it was showtime free for 30 days I excepted the reward. I received an email saying enjoy your reward, and it never worked the 23rd I ordered the reward for showtime did not work called the 23rd 24th 25th and the 26th. They told me they could not connect me to a technical department. I would receive a text message then they should help me ,from there when I receive the text message click the link ,it was not valid here it is the 27th and I’m reaching out again now clearly states for the reward that it will end May 23 because I started April 23 but till this day I have not been able to utilize my reward and no one is helping me only other option. A customer service representative gave me was just adding Showtime to my account and then they will try to add the credit to cover that , but then I would have to call and cancel it versus my reward. I don’t have to do any of that and then it also removes itself when the period ends. I would like to seriously enjoy my reward for the 30 days when it actually starts I am at work. I hope you can email me with the resolution or if you would like to give me a call after 6:30 PM Eastern time.

The wording of the Reward and the email is misleading. It appears to only be for "Showtime On Demand" and streaming content, not the linear Showtime channel(s).
