I’ve been a member for close to 30 years, I try and access rewards but it says it’s not available. I’ve spent weeks talking to many different techs all that say thank you for your loyalty and be assured I’ll fix the problem. Well I still can’t access my rewards. If I didn’t live in Santa Cruz I would leave this company in a heartbeat. I think they know we need them for tv so they really don’t give a <edit-profanity> about loyalty. It would be nice to be able to talk with one person who could simply fix an  issue and receive loyalty rewards that are given to long time customers

Hi, @Gunnar1. I am sorry to hear of your poor experience. When you say rewards, are you referring to our Xfinity Rewards program where you can redeem things such as movie nights for discounted/free? If so, this is something that will likely require us to speak in a direct message to look at any ticket information. Can you please include the above information in a direct message with your name and address in full to pull you up?
