Rewards with Fandango not working correctly
There have been two buy one get one free movie tickets rewards with Fandango recently and neither one of them worked correctly. The reward is supposed to be buy one, get one free. But when I enter the promo code on the Fandango website, it doesn't calculate correctly. My local theater was $6 pp tickets. I purchased 4 tickets. So, I should get a credit of $12. Instead it was a credit of $8.91. I can't find any explanation, and the Fandango customer service said it's a problem with Xfinity's code.
