see these two offers but when I click on it, I get the error: "We're sorry, looks like this award isn't available to you at this time." 

I am a diamond member - not sure what that even means but if the rewards are showing, then why can't I redeem??

momo5585 Hi there! Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Community Forum. If you try accessing it from a different browser, do you receive the same message indicating that it isn't available? Some of our Rewards are offered on a limited basis and may no longer be available once inventory has been exhausted. However, we can't confirm that this is the reason in this particular case at the moment.
