Rewards: Unable to see free movies to own in my rewards page

Addams Family and Hunger Games were offered for free to xfinity Rewards members, and I got lots of ads for them on my Flex. However, going to my rewards page, there wasn't a reward to claim for the free movie(s). This appears to have been happening to a number of people. I've started 2 support tickets for this, and the first one was closed as resolved, with no contact with me. Still waiting on the second one to get action. <Edited: Personal Information>

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
