What is my rewards status at gold when I have never dropped Comcast in over 30 years ??

The concern is not related to Xfinity Compliments................... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

The longer one is a customer, the better the rewards so I get wanting to have the best level. A Gold level membership shows a customer being with us from 2-7 years.
