Rewards, same as others. I've been a continuous Comcast/Xfinity member since 1990 which should put me in Diamond tier but I am in Silver.

Hello, I called customer service and we wasted an hour not getting anywhere. They said they would get back to me but never did. I am still in Silver tier. I read some other posts and I can't direct message anybody, there is no prompt next to the notification bell or I don't have permission to access. Please resolve this. I can confirm my address and verification wherever necessary. Thank you.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

 

Click "Sign In" if necessary

 

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

 

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 

Press Enter to send it
