Rewards promised when we signed up with 4 cellular lines.

We switched from Verizon to xfinity with our cell phones. We were suppose to get a $400.00 gift card. I was not able to get it from my E-mail. Would you be able to send us the gift card in the mail? Instead of on my E-mail?

To send a Direct Message:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
