Rewards Program
Can you please explain the purpose of your so-called rewards program? I am a LONG time Comcast customer and according to you am a Diamond member but what value is that to me? Your rewards program offers absolutely nothing of value at least as far as I can see. Entering contests for a possible trip to Universal studios doesn't really seem to of any real value does it--does anyone ever win?? Why doesn't Comcast offer something like a free month of a premium channel or perhaps a movie or two (you used to at least offer that) or perhaps a percentage off of your bill for a month or something? Either offer something of real value to your customers or stop even advertising this rewards program because you really are not offering any "reward" to your customers.

@SuzyQ1505 Hello, thanks for the post. Appreciate you sharing the feedback on our Rewards program. Do you have our cable service? If so, every Friday through Sunday, all Xfinity Rewards members can enjoy a family movie night by renting any movie that’s $5.99 or less for only $1.00!
In addition, each month there will be new rewards offered so be on the lookout for the rest of the year's offerings.

Diamond members can get Peacock for free. That seems worth it to me.
