Rewards page doesn’t load

When I go to xfinity rewards, it doesn't load rewards. The page says “Have a question about Xfinity Rewards? Ask Xfinity”. It’s been this way for months, and I’ve tried multiple devices( my phone, iPad, and desktop). 

I called customer service last months, and after 1 hour communicating over the phone, the rep couldn’t fix it!

@user_9afddc Hello and good afternoon, and thank you for reaching out. I am so sorry to hear about these Xfinity rewards issues, and I would be more than happy to help. Are you trying to sign in via the Xfinity My Account website, or via the Xfinity My Account App? Also, can you confirm (without sharing your personal information here) that you are signing in using the primary username on the account?

@user_9afddc If you could please direct message your name and complete service address we can look into this for you. 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

I no longer work for Comcast.

I'm having this same issue and do not have the option to direct message.

Thanks for taking the time to let us know about this, @user_2a8953. We never want you to have trouble getting the help you need. May I ask what you're seeing when attempting to direct message us?

Same thing is happening to me. I put a ticket in over a week ago but it doesn’t seem like anyone is actually working on it or cares. [Edited: "Language"] cause I would have liked to use the Mario reward today.
