Rewards not working

Why am I suddenly not able to access my rewards anymore? I can’t find info on which plans are ineligible anywhere

user_uhcjmz Thank you so much for that detail. There are a few things that could cause that message if you made a change like moving to a location that has services included. Have you made any changes since you last accessed your rewards? Most commonly it comes up when you use the wrong ID to log in. I would make sure you are using the Primary Xfinity ID for your account when trying to login to Xfinity.com/rewards
