Rewards not working "We can't offer you rewards right now, your account isn't eligible to join this program"

I should be able to access rewards, but I get this error every time. I pay for xfinity internet and am using my primary account, but it won't let me into my rewards.

@user_71b0e6 Sorry to hear you are having trouble signing up for Xfinity Rewards, have you tried clearing cache & cookies on your web browser, or have you tried a private/incognito web page to see if you can then sign up?
