Rewards not showing up
I got several e-mails saying that I am gold tier and I can redeem rewards through xfinity.com/rewards.
When I try to see the rewards, I was taken to multiple attempts to log in, and then on the rewards page, nothing shows up.
I see the movie rewards banner on the top, but below that, I get a blank page.
I tried to delete myself from rewards and re-enroll, but when I click my account, blank page shows up for that too.
This started to happen after I moved to another address and would like to get help on seeing the rewards again.

I see the site is letting you log in, but you get a blank page. I have seen others report this before, and we've been able to get it cleared up. I am confident we can do the same for you. Let's ensure your using the Primary User ID as we get started just to be safe. Can you visit this link https://idm.xfinity.com/myaccount/lookup?execution=e1s1, follow the prompts, and confirm if it matches the Xfinity ID you used to log in? Have you tried clearing cache/cookies, or even using a private/incognito tab as a test?

@cjh9123 Thanks for the update. I retested the link again on my end, and I didn't have any trouble. Can you please visit the Find or Change Your Xfinity ID overview here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/how-to-change-your-username. Under Find your Xfinity ID, there should be a link to the Xfinity ID Lookup Tool as well. Can you visit this page and check the link there? Have you ensured you updated the browsers on your devices?
