Rewards - no longer in the program even though I still have internet, cable and mobile
I've been a rewards member for years now (most recently diamond level). Yesterday I got an email about a reward so I decided to look at it, but when I check the xfinity app it says they cannot offer me rewards at this time. The only change that was made to my account was porting my xfinity voice home # to a 5th xfinity mobile line. I have xfinity cable, xfinity internet and 5 lines on xfinity mobile. Seems odd that I would need more than that to keep being a rewards member. I was wondering if someone could tell me how I can get back?
